After a few days of Venice Beach shopping and checking out Hollywood and Melrose we decided to get a car and get on the road to LAS VEGAS . The drive was amazing and we found out there is not too much to see on the way except lots of cacti . Some of them are hundreds of years old and when we finally got to Vegas ... We found restful shopping spree very relaxing .. Then drove to a friends house and out to Dinner . THEN TO THE STRIP to see all the lights and action . Vegas is vibrant and active at night. It comes to life with all the activity and the nightlife . I will go back in 2007 and take another look around .
